What is the difference between Run on GloboRace and white-label?

Run on GloboRace is self-service: apply from your account, get approved, and your events live on globorace.com — the fastest, free way to start. White label is by request: we set you up on your own domain with your branding, so participants never see GloboRace. Both let you bring your own payment gateway.

How do I become an organizer?

Create a free GloboRace account, then apply from Account → Become an Organizer. An admin reviews your application; once approved you get the Race Owner role and can create events and optionally connect your own payment gateway. No contact form or sales call needed.

Do we have to white-label?

No. White label is optional. You can list your events on globorace.com with no custom domain or branding setup, and still bring your own payment gateway. Move to your own domain whenever you are ready — just talk to us when you want it.

Can we keep our own payment gateway on globorace.com?

Yes, and it is optional. On globorace.com you can start with the built-in GloboRace payment gateway and switch to your own (BYOPG) anytime. With your own gateway — on either setup — fees are charged through your account and settle directly to you.

Can we use our own domain?

Yes. With white label, registration runs on a domain you control (e.g. register.yourevent.com or example.com) with your branding throughout. Participants never leave your brand.

How does Bring Your Own Payment Gateway (BYOPG) work?

You connect your own payment provider account — Stripe, Midtrans, Xendit, PayPal, DOKU, or iPaymu. Registration fees are charged through your account and settle directly to you. GloboRace never holds your funds.

Who owns the participant data?

You do. You can export participants, orders, payments, and results at any time. We process data on your behalf under GDPR-aligned terms.

Do we need a technical team?

No. Our operational and tech teams manage hosting, scaling, security, and updates. You manage your events; we run the platform.

Is the platform GDPR compliant?

Yes. Consent capture, data portability, the right to erasure, encryption of sensitive data, and audit logging are built in.
