How do I register for an event?
Browse the events on the homepage, choose the one you want, pick a category, and follow the checkout flow. You will receive a confirmation email after payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit / debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, and several local payment methods (Midtrans, Xendit, DOKU, iPaymu) depending on your country.
Can I get a refund if I cannot attend?
Refund policies are set by each event organizer and shown on the event page. Contact the organizer or our support team for help.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Most events allow ticket transfers up to a cutoff date. Open your account, go to your tickets, and choose "Transfer".
When and where do I collect my racepack?
Racepack collection details are emailed to you when your kit is ready and visible in the "Racepacks" section of your account.
I forgot my password — what should I do?
Click "Forgot password" on the login page. We will email you a reset link valid for one hour.
