How credits work

Reserved, not spent

Credits are held against the capacity you publish. Reduce a category's capacity or delete an event and they return to your balance.

No charge per registration

You pay for the slots you open, not for each participant who takes one. Registration fees you collect are yours.

Nothing expires

Credits stay in your wallet between events, and every movement is recorded in a ledger you can review at any time.

The same wallet pays for both: a community leader spends credits on class capacity and a race owner spends them on event capacity, at whichever rate they bought them.
