1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GloboRace ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include:

Modifying or copying materials
Using materials for commercial purposes
Attempting to reverse engineer any software
Removing any copyright or proprietary notations
Transferring materials to another person

3. Event Registration

When you register for an event through GloboRace:

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
You must meet any age, health, or fitness requirements specified by event organizers
You acknowledge that participation in sporting events carries inherent risks

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers
Event fees are set by individual event organizers
Refund policies are determined by event organizers and clearly stated on each event page
GloboRace platform fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
You are responsible for any applicable taxes

5. Event Organizer Responsibilities

Event organizers using GloboRace agree to:

Provide accurate event information
Honor their stated refund policies
Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations
Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
Ensure participant safety

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GloboRace and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

GloboRace shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Any loss of profits, data, or goodwill
Events beyond our reasonable control
Actions or omissions of event organizers
Personal injury during events (responsibility lies with organizers)

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GloboRace and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
